RuneScape: Dragonwilds uses some of the same keys differently depending on what you are doing. This SCIMITAR ELITE WIRELESS SE profile groups its 23 actions by purpose, so you can find a building tool without confusing it with a similarly bound spell or interaction key.

Open the right folder before using Q or E

With default bindings, Q opens the spells menu in normal play and moves left through the building tabs in the building interface. E is the interact input outside that interface and the right building-tab input inside it. The profile labels those jobs separately, but the game still decides which one applies.

Use separate shortcuts for building and the hotbar

B opens build mode. The building group also includes Ghost Mode, Repair Mode and Free Placement. The hotbar group sends number keys 1 through 8; it does not pick what is assigned to a slot. Keep commonly used actions on Home and use All Actions to browse the rest.

Check bindings against the supplied CSV

Use the Windows game and Stream Deck 7.1 or later. Import the SCIMITAR edition, then compare its CSV with any changes you made to the default keyboard layout. Test inventory or map first, then try a build command in build mode. The included 2,598 icons are for customizing the keys, not for unlocking actions in the game.
