It lets you browse the bundled mount catalog, narrow it by letter or acquisition source, review how a mount is obtained, keep a tracking list and open its Wowhead guide without covering your main game screen.

What is Mount Hunter?

Mount Hunter is built for World of Warcraft players who want a compact way to decide what to collect next. The catalog is included with the widget, so browsing does not depend on account sync. Connecting a Battle.net account is optional and is used to compare the catalog with your collection.

Who is this iCUE Widget for?

It is useful for mount collectors, achievement hunters and returning players who need a quick reference beside the game. Instead of keeping a large browser window open, you can move between the catalog, a mount detail view and your selected targets on the CORSAIR display.

What can you do with Mount Hunter?

Browse mounts by letter or source

Use the Letter and Source filters to reduce the catalog to a manageable set. Verified source categories include drops, quests, vendors and achievements. Each page presents six mount cards, so the interface stays readable on a compact dashboard display.

Review acquisition details and continue on Wowhead

Select a mount card to open its detail view. Mount Hunter shows the available acquisition information and provides a direct Wowhead link when you want the full guide, comments or location details.

Separate owned mounts from your next targets

The Owned filter helps separate mounts already in your collection, while Tracking keeps a focused list of the mounts you want next. You can mark a mount as owned locally, add or remove it from tracking and view your collected total at a glance.

How to install Mount Hunter in CORSAIR iCUE

Mount Hunter is distributed as an .icuewidget package. Use the built-in iCUE import flow:

1. Download the Mount Hunter .icuewidget file from its Elgato Marketplace listing.

2. Open CORSAIR iCUE on your Windows computer.

3. Confirm that your supported CORSAIR dashboard LCD device is connected and recognized by iCUE.

4. Open the Widgets section in iCUE.

5. Click the + button above the widget list.

6. In Import Widget, drag in the .icuewidget file or choose it from your computer.

7. Select Import, then accept the trust notice only if the file came from the expected source.

8. Find Mount Hunter in the widget library and add it to the display.

On iCUE 5.46.67 or newer, CORSAIR also documents a double-click flow: open the .icuewidget file and iCUE launches the import assistant automatically. Mount Hunter itself requires Windows, CORSAIR iCUE 5.47 or newer and a supported dashboard LCD device.

How to configure and use Mount Hunter

1. Add Mount Hunter to the compatible display after importing it.

2. Choose the text, accent and background colors that keep the interface readable, then adjust transparency if needed.

3. Browse the bundled catalog by letter or source before connecting any account.

4. Select a mount to review its acquisition details or open the linked Wowhead page.

5. Use Tracking for active targets and Owned for mounts already collected.

6. If you want collection comparison, choose Sync account, complete the optional Battle.net pairing flow and refresh your collection from the widget.

Account sync is optional. The catalog remains available before pairing, and local Owned and Tracking choices persist independently. Mount Hunter is a companion reference; it does not play World of Warcraft or acquire mounts for you.

Requirements and compatibility

The current Mount Hunter package declares Windows, CORSAIR iCUE 5.47 or newer and a supported dashboard LCD device. Device support is determined by the widget package and iCUE, so do not assume that every iCUE-controlled LCD surface is compatible. The iCUE Widget Builder CLI is for developers; it is not required to import a finished .icuewidget package.
